Chris Austin founded Austin AVS in 2019 and currently services as the President and CEO. As the Sales and Operations Leader, his hands-on approach is driving a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. After earning his Bachelors degree from SUNY Oswego, Chris was a paralegal for two years before entering the world of technology in 2000. Working for one of New York’s leading managed service providers, Chris studied the art of customer service and was able to craft his skill of customer comes first. Learning to deliver tech solutions with a smile, Chris was promoted to Director of Sales in 2012 where he remained until early 2019 when he decided to time and energy to the efforts to Automation, Audio and Sounds of Austin AVS. The strong commitment to delivering and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is for Austin AVS and it is spread throughout our organization.  Automation, Audio and Video is a passion for Chris, it makes lives better and it has become a pure passion for him.
