Christopher Austin founded Austin AVS in 2019 and serves as its President and CEO, leading the company’s evolution into a premier provider of integrated security, automation, audio, and video solutions. With a hands-on leadership style, Chris drives a culture built on trust, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to customer protection and satisfaction.

 

After earning his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego, Chris began his career as a paralegal before entering the technology industry in 2000. Working for one of New York’s top managed service providers, he developed a customer-first philosophy and a strong foundation in service delivery—skills that led to his promotion to Director of Sales in 2012.

 

In 2019, Chris shifted his full focus to building Austin AVS, fueled by his passion for creating safer, smarter, and more connected environments. Today, his vision guides the company’s growth in advanced security systems, surveillance, access control, and integrated smart solutions. Chris believes that technology should not only elevate convenience and lifestyle—but also provide peace of mind. That belief is now at the heart of everything Austin AVS delivers.
