Michael Rodriguez brings more than 30 years of experience in IT leadership, systems integration, and operations to Austin AVS. As Director of Technology & Operations, he oversees the design, engineering, and implementation of audio, visual, automation, and security solutions for both residential and commercial clients. His focus on seamless integration, system reliability, and technical precision helps ensure every project delivers exceptional performance and long-term value.

 

Before joining Austin AVS, Michael founded Metro Lattice Inc. and Urban Lattice Inc., two managed service firms known for delivering innovative cloud, infrastructure, and security-focused IT solutions. Earlier in his career, he spent over two decades as CIO of AKF Group LLC, where he led enterprise-wide technology strategy, secure private cloud development, disaster recovery planning, and multi-office systems integration.
